Welcome. The Imperial Computer Vision and Learning Lab is as a part of Intelligent Systems and Networks Group at Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Imperial College London. We are also a part of Robotics research in the college.

Our research interests are visual learning, recognition and perception, including 1) 2D/3D object detection, categorisation and tracking, 2) action and activity recognition, 3) face recognition and surveillance, 4) semantic image segmentation, 5) man-machine interface. Our tutorial on 6) Randomised Decision Forests, Boosting and continuous learning was the first of its kind in CV.

We won the best paper award at ICRA 2014, Hong Kong, sponsored by KUKA.

Our PhD student, Danny Tang, received an intern offer from Microsoft Research Cambridge.
