Registrations Procedure

Registration

Registration will take place in Room 406 of the Electrical and Electronic Engineering building (number 11 on this map) from 12:30 on Monday 12th; all talks will be held in the main lecture hall, 408. Take the lift to the 4th floor and turn right. The rooms are at the end of the corridor.

Off-site "later" registration is no longer available.

On-site Registration is possible on the day at a cost of £105, please complete an "on-site" registration form on arrival. The conference registration fee includes access to conference sessions, a copy of the conference proceedings, lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments and an informal reception on the Monday evening.

Bookings for the conference dinner are now closed.

You may pay by cheque (payable to "Imperial College London"), or credit card using the form attached to the registration form.

Please also note that we can only accept cheques in pounds sterling drawn on a UK bank, and that we cannot process American Express or Diners Club cards. Please complete ALL details correctly to ensure prompt registration.
